I want to give an agent one standing job: ⤷ triage customer feedback. ⤷ Group related requests, ⤷ connect new reports to existing issues, ⤷ and flag what needs a roadmap decision. Think what Codex/Claude already has: Goals to keep a chat working toward a finish line, scheduled tasks for recurring work, and subagents for parallel work.
