NEAR co-founder Illia Polosukhin opens a public contest to improve AI models Delta League, launched today by @ilblackdragon, lets anyone submit edits to an open AI model’s weights, the numbers inside it that shape its answers. Each edit is scored on a hidden test set, and every verified version stays open for others to build on. The current test uses Qwen3.5 0.8B, a small open model, and five verified edits have lifted its score from 18.6% to 19%. Support for changing model designs and custom tests for businesses will follow in the coming days, with @near_ai powering the platform for the @NE
