画角色设定图时，正脸、侧脸、背影、手脚得一张张生成，换个角度衣服细节就对不上了，拼到一起像好几个人。 最近看到 H3 Character Sheet Designer 这个开源的 ComfyUI 节点，借 MiniMax H3 的图片参考能力，拿一张角色图就能出整套设定图。 除了主图，还能再加最多 3 张局部参考，比如脸、整套衣服或者鞋子。视角最多选 13 个，有 6 个头部视角、3 个全身视角，外加衣服正反面和手脚。 GitHub：http://github.com/ukr8b3g-cmyk/H3-Character-Sheet-Designer 新加的 7 视角预设我挺喜欢，左边上下两张头像，中间三张全身，右边上面手下面脚，排出来很像游戏美术交的那种设定稿。 作者附了一份现成的工作流，导入 ComfyUI 选好模型就能跑。模型要另外下载，README 里列好了每个文件该放进哪个文件夹。 做角色、画同人或者给短片定人设的，拿它出设定图能少拼好多张。
