lock a skill and your Hermes Agent can't change it. `hermes curator lock <skill>` covers every way your agent can write to it, even under `--yolo`. it is per profile, `hermes curator status` lists what is locked, and `hermes curator unlock <skill>` lifts it. this is new in v0.22.6.
