Our @claudeai Code workshops have changed a lot this year.

Our @claudeai Code workshops have changed a lot this year. When we started, most of the room was opening Claude Code for the first time. Now most people walk in already using it every day. Their questions have changed too. They want to know how to get their whole team using it without things turning into a mess. So that’s what the workshops cover now. Getting your repo ready for agents. How to set up your code, docs and instructions so Claude Code can find what it needs and do good work the first time. That means a CLAUDE.md that actually helps, clear conventions, context it can trust, etc.
