和 AI 聊了半天需求，方案写出来觉得都说清楚了。交给另一个人实现，才发现好多前提只留在聊天记录里。 Google 开源的 Elephant-Goldfish Model 把这件事分给两类 AI，熟悉项目背景的「大象」起草设计，没看过前面对话的「金鱼」负责审查。 「金鱼」拿到的只有方案和相关资料，会检查需求是否说清楚、有没有漏掉关键条件，再找出照着方案做可能遇到的问题。 GitHub：http://github.com/google/elephant-goldfish-model 我觉得换个没参与过讨论的 AI 来读方案，挺有必要。有些事聊天时说过了，写文档时很容易漏掉，后来接手的人就看不懂。 提供 7 个 Skill，讨论需求、起草方案、审查和修改都能单独调用，支持 Claude Code、Codex、Antigravity。 要做需要提前讨论架构的新功能，可以先走一遍这个流程。审查意见由我们决定采纳哪些，确认方案后再让 Agent 开始写代码。
