把法律条文放进 Git，每次法律生效就是一次提交，还能追到每个词是哪部法律改的。这个思路挺有意思。 global-law 正在把不同国家和地区的法律整理成带时间线的仓库，可以查某一天的条文、对比两天的变化，再顺着记录找修改依据。 已经有德国基本法自 1949 年起的记录，也接入了爱沙尼亚等地的法律资料，各地收录范围和历史覆盖时间会单独标明。 GitHub：http://github.com/lexifina/global-law 还提供了 18 个只读工具，接给 AI 后，可以直接问「这条规定在某天怎么写」「哪些词后来改过」，回答会带记录覆盖范围。 工具在本机读仓库，不用联网查询。做法律文本研究，或者想看法律资料怎么接进 AI，这个项目有不少可以拆着学的地方。
