想让 AI 帮忙操作电脑，又不放心它直接动自己的系统和文件，开个虚拟机光装系统就折腾半天。 App Sandbox 是一款开源免费的虚拟机软件，Windows 和 Mac 上都能用，主打性能和省事。 选好系统、指定安装镜像，它会自己分好磁盘、无人值守装系统再开机，装 Windows 11 全程不用动手。 GitHub：http://github.com/jamesstringer90/appsandbox Windows 11 家庭版也能跑，不用开 Hyper-V。宿主机的显卡可以共享给虚拟机，跑 CUDA、Vulkan 都行，画面固定 1080P 60 帧。 还带一个本地接口和 Python 工具包，能用代码批量创建虚拟机、打快照、从快照分叉出新的。 一台笔记本上同时开几个，每个里面放一个操作电脑的 Agent 各干各的，这个用法我觉得挺实在。 拿来在干净系统里测软件，或者把某个程序单独隔开跑，也都合适。
