Early this year we built Plus One, our personal-agent product. In May, we deleted 86,730 lines of its code because it wasn’t working. A personal bot like OpenClaw was too much work to run: Each agent lived on its own cloud computer, which was too high-maintenance. Many of us ended up abandoning our bots.
