I'm building a multi-agent system right now, and getting agents to talk to each other is the easy part. Getting them to work together reliably is a different problem. How do you divide responsibilities? What context should each agent receive? Who coordinates the work? How do you know the team is doing better than one capable agent? There are plenty of examples that get a few agents running. I've found it harder to find resources that explain how to organize the whole system and make sensible architecture decisions beyond that first demo.
