The best agent skills are already sitting in your chat history. In lecture 5 of my Stanford course 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿, we covered best practices in agent skills. Three that are worth mentioning: 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝘀: Look back at your chat logs with your coding agents. The places where you stepped in to correct your agent or repeated yourself show you what should codify. Turn each intervention or behavior into a skill. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸: keep the scope narrow and spell out the situations and request phrases that should trigger it. Keep your own collection or ship as a plug
