MiniMax H3 跑视频，最磨人的有时候不是生成，而是 VAE 解码太慢。 最近看到一个开源节点 ComfyUI-H3VAE_TRT，直接把 H3 VAE 换成 TensorRT 版本来跑。 官方测试最高能到 1.7 倍加速。比如 10 秒全高清视频，VAE 解码从大约 1 分钟降到 30 秒左右，等待时间少了不少。 几个要注意的点： ① 显存比较紧，可以试试 w4a16_awq decoder ② 第一次使用需要先编译 TensorRT 引擎 ③ 引擎编译完成后，后续加载会快很多 经常用 ComfyUI 跑视频工作流的，可以折腾一下。 🔗 https://github.com/lihaoyun6/ComfyUI-H3VAE_TRT
