Runway has added Enhance Frame Rate to its API, with output targets up to 120 fps. The price is unusually easy to model: one credit per two seconds of input. At $0.01 per credit, a 60-second clip costs about $0.30 and the five-minute input limit costs $1.50. But inexpensive interpolation is not automatic quality. Hands, faces, text, scene cuts and occlusions still need frame-by-frame review.
