I built Hacker News directly into Hermes Desktop. A live feed of @hackernews Top Stories now runs across the bottom of my Desktop while I’m working. Headline. Source. Points. Comments. Age. Click the story to open the HN discussion, jump straight to the original source, or open the full HN Signals page to search and review everything in one place. It refreshes automatically too. One thing the demo doesn’t show: the entire plugin changes with your active Hermes theme, so the ticker and HN Signals page match whatever theme you’re using. 🎨 And the whole thing runs off the free official Hack
