A data source can sit behind the chain and still report itself at the head. HyperIndex now reports the block time each chain has processed up to, as a Prometheus gauge per chain and on the GraphQL meta field. Compare it against the current time and you have real head lag in seconds. It is best effort and only during realtime sync, so keep backfilling chains and chains that have reached their end block out of your alerts. Check out the latest release. https://envio.dev/changelog
