Built by Stanford students Subha Vadlamannati, Howard Ji, Joel Grayson, and Bryan Dong, TORQ won the @NVIDIARobotics Edge AI track at #TreeHacks2026. At the center is the Jetson AGX Thor, running the autonomous driving compute stack: #IMX274 cameras + #Holoscan → #JetsonThor → #Alpamayo R1 + #sunnypilot → Red Panda/CAN Alpamayo R1 handles high-level driving reasoning, while sunnypilot runs 20 Hz vision + 100 Hz control.
