We've made three important updates to our x402 facilitator on @solana to make agentic payments faster, more flexible, and more reliable. 1) The 'upto' payment scheme is now live The second most used x402 payment scheme, upto lets endpoints charge up to a maximum amount once the work is done. Now available in the open source SDKs and the CDP Facilitator. 2) Major latency improvements → Verify: 220ms → 75ms (∼66% faster) → Settle: 1150ms → 900ms (∼20% faster) More optimizations incoming. 3) Automated reconciliation for pending transactions The @x402 facilitator now returns a 'settlement_p
