PETAFAB: Did a polish pass to the level. The SDF now has 6.25cm^3 voxel precision. 8-bit distance (representing -+4 voxel narrow band) = 1.95mm surface precision (planar surface position). Had to AVX2 optimize all volume generation/edit code. Running on a single CPU core.
