Notion 3.7 makes team AI instructions portable. A skill created in Notion can now be exported as a SKILL.md file and used with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini or Grok. The release also adds custom MCP write approvals, subagents, an Agent SDK public beta for Business and Enterprise customers, admin insights and faster AI Search. The interesting shift is not another model picker. It is the emergence of a shared instruction layer that can travel between tools. But portability does not guarantee identical behavior. Models, tool permissions, context windows and runtime policies still differ.
