A meeting is where decisions happen. Until now, an agent could not be in the room. Every other surface opened to agents: phone calls, SMS, web chat, email. Meetings stayed closed. Each platform ships its own recorder, transcription, and bot plumbing with a different contract. An agent that wanted to attend a standup or contribute to a brainstorm had to stitch three or four vendors together. A human tolerates that. An agent cannot.
